History

Precise Biometrics’ share was listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange on October 3, 2000 at a quotation price of SEK 63.19.

As of December 31, 2009, the company had 134,960,800 shares listed on the Small Cap list of Nasdaq OMX Nordic. A standard trading unit is one share. The short name is PREC and its ISIN code is SE0001823303.

Share Price Movement

In 2009, there was a total turnover of 318,921,639 PREC shares, i.e. an average turnover of 1,328,840 shares per day of trading. The closing price on December 30, 2009 was SEK 2.25. During the year the stock price varied between SEK 0.55 and 3.72.

Ownership

There were 8,362 (6,553) stockholders at the end of the year. 18.7 (27.3) per cent of the shareholders were from outside Sweden. See table, for ownership structure as of December 31, 2009.

Option program

Precise Biometrics had two ongoing option programs.

The first program includes all employees and was launched in 2007 and ends in May 2010. The program consists of 3,500,000 options.

The second program includes the management team and was launched in 2008 and ends in May 2011. The program consists of 2,500,000 options.
