Employees in numbers
- There were 36 (44) employees in the group at the end of the year, of which 9 were based in Karlstad, 1 in the US and 1 in Hong Kong.
- The number of employees in the subsidiary Precise Biometrics Solutions in Karlstad was reduced in 2009 as a result of restructuring to focus operations more in line with the parent company.
- Of the total number of employees at the end of the year, 26 (34) were men and 10 (10) were women.
- The Company have a high proportion of staff with an academic education; 91 per cent have an academic education.
- Sick leave was at a low level in 2009 at 1.7 per cent (0.8).
- Staff turnover in the group was 21.1 per cent (19.5), and the average age was 38 (37).
- Salaries and other remunerations, excluding payroll overheads, amounted to SEK 28.2 million (27.4) during the year.
